Little Wolves
Little Wolves is a tabletop role-playing game where players craft and wear the masks of young-at-heart shapeshifters exploring a whimsical forest filled with magic and mystery. At its heart, Little Wolves is a gateway to The Enchanted Forest, a mystical realm of folktales, werewolves, and fae queens.
During your time in this realm, you’ll embody one such shapeshifter, a folkling with the ability to shift between Wolf and Mortal forms.
You’ll use your powers and wit to affect the world, aiding those in need and learning about yourself in the process. As you adventure across The Forest, completing favors for the queens and denizens of their courts, you will grow and decorate unique masks to reflect the lessons you learn, experiences you share, and the stories you create together.

Your Masks Tell Your Story
In Little Wolves, players craft masks that represent their characters and serve to note whether they’re in their Wolf or Mortal form. As you play and tell stories together at your table, the masks will grow and change alongside your characters by gaining Marks that tell your shared history.
Every change to these masks helps your little wolves grow into something even more wonderful and unique, and you’ll place Marks on your masks to represent that change. You can use any way you’d like to add a Mark to your mask: glue, paint, paper, cardboard, stickers, markers, tape, etc., as long as each Mark is placed with intent and purpose.

Venture into the Enchanted Forest
The story of Little Wolves is focused on The Enchanted Forest and the folk-lings that live within. It is a vast world filled to the brim with all manner of fae-born creatures and folktales come to life, even some you may have heard of.
As you explore this dense forest you’ll meet the powerful and mysterious Queens and aid them, and their courts, through all manner of quests and favors. As a werewolf, you’re uniquely gifted in traversing the forest, capable of making it to every edge of the woods, meaning that only you can learn its deepest secrets.

The Roles
Players of Little Wolves take on one of two roles. They either act as a GM and act as the Guide, or they don the mask of a shapeshifter and play as the Wolves. The game is designed for 3-5 players, but can easily facilitate play between a Guide and one Wolf.
The Guide embodies the forest and all its denizens, bringing it to life as the Wolves explore. They ensure the forest is warm and welcoming, while maintaining a hint of the darkness and shadows between the trees.
The Wolves explore the forest with wonder and care, taking risks to help those in need and working together to overcome adversity. They fill many roles for the denizens of the forest, from messenger to muscle.
Together, everyone at the table gives weight to the world and peoples’ actions within it while making sure characters believable and dynamic with faults and desires, all while playing to find out what happens next.
